Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping
Shipping is currently limited to New Cairo, Al-Rehab, Kattamia and Nasr City using our internal delivery services. For standard shipping to these destinations, orders are delivered within 2 - 3 days.
However, domestic shipping to other locations can be arranged through customer service to use our recommended 3rd party shipping agent 'Aramex'.
Express Shipping
Customers seeking fast delivery may select ‘Express Shipping’ during checkout. ‘Express Shipping’ service is governed by the following terms and conditions:
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are delivered on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered within 24 hours time window.
- Express shipping service is not affected by holidays.
- Express shipping cost is a EGP 55.00 flat charge.
Delivery Days
Orders are generally delivered Sunday - Thursday (excluding holidays) during business hours 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Before checking out, customers can always include special instructions for receiving their shipment, if any, within the ‘Cart’ page.
Free Shipping
Orders exceeding a value of EGP 400.00, are eligible for free shipping within New Cairo, Al-Rehab, Nasr city, and Kattamia. Otherwise, shipping fees shall apply according to the following schedule:
- EGP 35.00 for orders reaching a value up to EGP 100.00.
- EGP 30.00 for orders ranging between a value of EGP 100.00 and EGP 250.00
- EGP 25.00 for orders ranging between a value EGP 250.00 and EGP 400.00
Shipping and Billing Address
Currently shipping and billing addresses must be the same and matching the address on file at the time of purchase.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently unavailable.

خدمات الشحن العادية
خدمات الشحن العادية والتوصيل متاحة فى نطاق القاهرة الجديدة والرحاب ومدينة نصر والقطامية وتتضمن هذه الخدمة توصيل الطلبات التى تم إقرارها من قبل العميل في خلال ٣ أيام
الشحن السريع
عند الرغبة في استلام الشحنة سريعاً يمكن للعميل اختيار الشحن السريع 'Express Shipping' أثناء تأكيد الطلب
خدمة الشحن السريع تخضع للشروط والأحكام الآتية:
- عند تأكيد الطلب قبل الساعة ١٢ ظ يتم شحن الطلب في نفس اليوم
- عند تأكيد الطلب بعد الساعة ١٢ ظ يتم شحن الطلب في خلال ٢٤ ساعة بحد أقصى
- خدمة الشحن السريع لا تتأثر بالعطلات الرسمية
- تكلفة الشحن السريع هي ٥٥ جنيهاً
التسليم
يتم تسليم الطلبات من الأحد إلى الخميس من كل أسبوع من الساعة ٩:٠٠ صباحاً و حتى ٩:٠٠ مساء باستثناء العطلات الرسمية ويمكن للعميل أن يرفق أي تعليمات خاصة بالتسليم أو غيره فى المكان المخصص لذلك قبل الانتهاء من إقرار الطلب وذلك فى الصفحة الخاصة بعربة التسوق
الشحن المجاني
يتم شحن الطلبات التى تزيد قيمتها على ٤٠٠ جنيه مصري بالمجان وذلك فى نطاق المناطق المذكورة على أن يتم إضافة تكلفة شحن فى الحالات التالية
٣٥ جنيهاً على الطلبات ذات القيمة أقل من ١٠٠ جنيهاً
٣٠ جنيهاً على الطلبات ذات القيمة بين ١٠٠ و ٢٥٠ جنيهاً
٢٥ جنيهاً على الطلبات ذات القيمة بين ٢٥٠ و ٤٠٠ جنيهاً
عنوان الشحن والتسليم
فى الوقت الحالي يتم تسليم كلاً من المنتجات وإيصال الدفع فى نفس العنوان الذى تم تسجيله من قبل العميل
الشحن الدولي
الشحن خارج البلاد غير متوفر حالياً
